What is the Retail Banking Management Training Program?
The Retail Banking Training full time paid program is a unique and specialized training and development program to help you pursue a rewarding career in the banking industry. The training will provide you with a great understanding of the overall retail banking process, which will help you gain a solid ground in the retail department.
After the completion of the program, AUBE offers the shortlisted candidates the opportunity to be hired as a full-time Sales Officer (outsourced for the first 12 months).
What you'll be doing:
You will attend a two week training program which consists of a combination of mentorship, job shadowing and on the job training.
You will learn about the full portfolio of products and their dynamics.
You will acquire the full knowledge of all compliance laws and regulations.
You will enhance your selling and communication capability.
You will be responsible for attracting new customers through selling bank’s Assets and Liability products by creating new sales channels and generating new leads.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines & can work under pressure
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree
From 0-2 years of sales/customer service experience
