Responsibility:
• Handling the administrative training records & filing system.
• Preparing the training reports as needed.
• Scheduling, coordinating and organizing training sessions ( Invitations, locations, materials & attendance)
• Helping with conducting an organization-wide training needs assessment.
• Mapping training plans with clear time frames.
• Managing the new employee’s induction sessions.
• Marketing for the available training opportunities and providing necessary information.
• Tracking and reporting trainings feedback.
• Researching for qualified training providers.
• Helping in assessing and evaluating stores’ training performance.
• Developing new in-house training materials (modules and manuals).
• Conducting In-house technical and soft skills training programs that address the training needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Similar work experience in the training field.
• Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Creativity and the ability to come up with new ideas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
• Fast-paced, enthusiastic and result-oriented.
• Strong planning & organization skills.
• Familiarity with the full training cycle.
• Familiarity with the traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
• Ability to work professionally with all levels of employees.
