    Regional Last Mile Innovation Leader
    Location: Egypt (EG)

    Main Responsibilities:
    *Lead POC for all Last Mile Innovations in the region.
    *Set timelines, roadmaps and milestones for Last Mile Innovations Leaders in the region.
    *Launch Crowdsourcing “aramex Fleet” in the region.
    *Lead PUDO “aramex Spot” efforts in the region.
    *Work with Legal Team to establish greenlight on targeted supply in the region.
    *Work with the local Last Mile Innovation Leaders to scale the region’s Crowdsourcing capacity
    Coordinate with central Last Mile Innovation Team regarding cost effective operational
    decision making.
    *Report Week-on-Week growth and operational metrics to central project team.
    *Manage regional Supply Health efforts.
    *Work with Central Community Operations to establish Last Mile Innovation Support for the
    region.
    *Identify gaps or business requirements that are needed to improve and scale our Last Mile
    Innovation efforts on the ground.
    *Align with Local Operations Managers on Last Mile Innovations roadmap.
    *Share “Best Practices” with fellow Regional Last Mile Innovation Leaders that operates across
    the network.
    *Relate between the conventional operational procedure and the new SOPs to be implemented
    with the Last Mile Innovation Models.
    *Streamline Process Improvement for multiple models implemented across the region.
    *Establish regional pricing strategy for Last Mile Innovation.
    *Lead accountable on KPIs for LMI Models across the region.
    Daily Tasks:
    *Get involved with selecting the areas and routes for Crowdsourcing operations regionally.
    *Decide on the minimum and maximum price range for each selected route.
    *Manage and plan the regional supply growth pipeline considering the deficit in capacity
    reported by the Central Capacity Planning Team.
    *Relay pipeline plans and set action plans for the local Last Mile Innovation Leaders to
    implement.
    *Work with local operations on identifying the Last Mile Innovation’s share out of the reported
    deficit by the Global Capacity Planning Team.
    *Track monthly payment cycles for Crowdsource Couriers in the region.
    *Monitor Last Mile Innovation performance in the region and make sure to maintain
    engagement.
    *Lead on performance management process.
    *Work with local Operations Managers to apply necessary changes.
    *Report the total value of shipments moved through Last Mile Innovation for future insurance
    purposes.
    *Track the unsettled shipments and relay the consignee compensation request to Head of Last
    Mile Innovation Team.
