JOB PURPOSE:
Effectively monitor all digital Banking channels
Participate in building successful digital strategy and lead FAB Egypt to be one of the most innovative banks within the Egyptian market
Ensure diverting customer traffic to digital channels, reducing overall cost for the bank
enhance all the digital banking channels, Online banking, mobile banking, ATM / Cash deposit machines, e-wallets
Implement and deliver key initiatives such as e-payments, mobile wallets, etc. which are state-of-the-art and open up new channels for customers
Follow leading global trends in the digital space and ensure that we adopt the latest technologies in line with overall bank roadmap and strategy
Ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital channels
Responsible for designing / maintaining the forecasted usage levels of digital channels include mobile app, internet, etc.
introduce new payment and alternative delivery channels
Conceptualizing, specifying, enhancing and delviering new and imptroved services through Digital Banking.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The jobholder has to deal with unstructured, complex and sophisticated problems related to Direct Banking/ Digital Banking environment.
Optimizing cost of acquisition and minimizing revenue leakages and service delivery through digital channels
Develop and Analyse channel usage behaviour and assist in developing campaigns to encourage usage of lower cost channels. Additionally, optimize marketing costs by targeting customers through such channels where desirable.
Formulate/develop digital strategies to drive the next generation of digital banking
coordinate the implementation of key digital initiatives including digital platform migration project
Design effective and efficient digital customer journey to ensure the delivery of excellent customer experience through website/mobile app/web/chat-bot as a result to deliver ambitious growth in digital traffic and usage
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Retail Banking products and service of the bank
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital / Transformation project management and implementation
University graduate
Bilingual ( Arabic / English )
Very good customer focused & positive attitude
Computer literate
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
Strong business awareness & problem resolution skills
Track record in demonstrating multi-disciplinary skills.
Minimum Experience:
5 years in leading financial institutions with exposure to digital banking trends
